- Obligation d’information (Article 45(1)(e) LSA) : communique au preneur d’assurance la façon dont les données personnelles sont traitées, en particulier le but et l’étendue du traitement ainsi que les destinataires et la conservation des données traitées.

Insurance Keepers SA ne peut en aucun cas être tenu responsable du mauvais traitement par les partenaires des informations transmises.
